It's the first time since falling ill that i've been able to sit at my laptop for more than a few minutes, i've made a little progress on Jurl - but it's sort of two steps forward, one back.
I've moved to a banked profile, I knew i'd have to eventually because the full game would never have fit in 32K, especially if I add music (still waiting to work that out). I finally got it working ... in the sense that the game doesn't crash every few seconds, but i've had to split the graphics into three banks, and whilst the maps and player sprites are playing ball, the alien sprites aren't.
But hey, i've also added an instructions screen and tidied up the title screen.
