Other stores, some simple updates

Jurl has now been released on Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It's also in the pipeline for Steam and Android. Price will be more or less the same no matter where you buy it but, for obvious reasons, right here is the place to get future updates fastest.

I'm thinking about improving the presentation somewhat. Presentation is always something I consider late in the development process, I generally have a good idea about the interface but prettifying stuff takes a back seat to getting the code done.

With that in mind, I've decided to pictorially show off the 'hero' Jurl, I've made two images one happy one sad and I'll be inserting him into the game at some point.
