Here's the next in-progress port of Jurl.  This time its SNKs almost mythical Neo Geo platform.

This is an early-access release, it seems to work but there are issues here and there.  Plus there are no sounds at all.

The thing that worries me about this one is that I have no way of testing it on actual hardware, since I sold the vast majority of my retro collection I no longer have an AES system.  I do have an MVS but no way to actually play this rom on it.

Known Issues

• Some graphical problems, especially when running in MAME
• No sound effects or music
• No ending
• Lacklustre presentation - I know, that's true for all the ports of Jurl, but this is one of the more powerful platforms
• I have no idea if it will even run on real hardware
• Iffy collision detection
