A bit of an update

I've now added a title tune, it took a hell of a lot of work to wrestle sound out of the PC Engine using HuC. Turns out that most of the forks of HuC have broken the in-built sound support so I dropped back to an older version but the examples available weren't great and conversion tools either never existed or have disappeared over time.

So I had to search for more information but, again, it appears the development community on the PCE has died out and sites either don't exist anymore or have had all their files scrapped.  But I managed to piece something together.  Next I need to work on sfx.
